By using the El Amir Cell Phone Repair website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

El Amir Cell Phone Repair provides device repair services and sells refurbished phones and accessories. Service availability, pricing, and lead times are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline any repair request.

• You must own the device or have authorization from the owner to have it repaired
• You are responsible for backing up your data before leaving a device for repair — we are not responsible for data loss
• Quoted prices are estimates; final pricing may change if the actual repair is more complex than described
• We will contact you before proceeding with any additional work beyond the original quote
• Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned
• We are not responsible for pre-existing defects unrelated to the repair we performed

• All online orders are subject to product availability
• Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs
• Refurbished device listings describe the condition at the time of listing; minor cosmetic differences may exist
• Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed

Refurbished devices and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Device must be in the same condition as sold — no new physical or liquid damage
• Original accessories and packaging must be included
• Devices showing signs of misuse, unauthorized repair, or additional damage are not eligible for return
• Buyer's remorse returns (no defect) may be subject to a restocking fee

Repair services are not refundable once completed. Warranty claims are handled separately — see our Warranty Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Amir Cell Phone Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or device damage beyond the scope of the requested repair.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino or Orange County, California.
