Overview
El Amir Cell Phone Repair stands behind every repair and refurbished device we sell. All repairs and refurbished phone purchases come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of service or purchase.
This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship — if something we repaired fails because of the repair itself, we'll fix it at no charge.
What's covered
- Defects in replacement parts installed by El Amir Cell Phone Repair
- Workmanship failures directly related to the repair we performed
- Defects in a refurbished device sold by El Amir Cell Phone Repair (hardware failure unrelated to physical or water damage)
- Repeat failure of the same component we replaced within 30 days
What's not covered
- Physical damage (cracks, dents, bends) that occurs after the repair or purchase
- Water or liquid damage that occurs after the repair or purchase
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Problems with parts of the device we did not service
- Software issues, data loss, or account/activation problems
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation over time after the 30-day period)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the device
How to make a warranty claim
Bring your device to either of our locations within 30 days of the original repair or purchase date, along with your receipt. We'll diagnose the issue and repair it at no charge if it falls under warranty coverage.
You can also start by requesting a free quote online — describe the issue and we'll advise whether it qualifies for warranty service before you make the trip.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the repair of the defect or the replacement of the defective part. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
